On May 15th, the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Zhejiang Province released the List of Factories to be Upgraded and Evaluated as Advanced Intelligent Factories in 2025. In the list, Shenjiang Valve Co., LTD. 's SpecialValveIntelligentFactory was upgraded and recognized as an advanced intelligent factory.

In recent years, we have increased investment in automation and informatization, built a 5G-connected information factory, equipped with over 400 sets of high-end equipment such as advanced large-scale machining centers, CNC machine tools, CNC vertical lathes, and large CNC floor boring and milling machines, established a professional process center, and constructed a networked CNC workshop information and data exchange platform. The on-site operation system of equipment networking, data collection and process parameter distribution has been realized. A comprehensive production line for intelligent processing, welding and inspection of key components, a Japanese imported flexible line processing line and an automatic processing workshop for key components of gate valves have been successively built, achieving an agile manufacturing mode of rapid production of batch materials and rapid processing of multiple batches and small batches.
