The defense report meeting for the joint training of postdoctoral researchers by our company（Shenjiang Valve Co. LTD.） and Tianjin University, Jiangsu University and Nanjing Tech University was successfully held on May 17, 2025, which specially invited experts from the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, universities, research institutes and enterprises to participate in the meeting. The three postdoctoral researchers who have completed their postdoctoral research this time have carried out a large amount of fundamental work in the internal flow characteristics of gas-liquid-solid three-phase flow control valves, basic research on PTFE-modified bushings, and research on the non-steady-state characteristics of Y-type stop valves. They have successively participated in two first-of-a-kind projects in Zhejiang Province, jointly published six papers, obtained four authorized invention patents, and two general projects of the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation.

As an important platform for cultivating high-level talents and promoting scientific and technological innovation in the country, the postdoctoral workstation has always shouldered the mission of promoting the in-depth integration of industry, academia and research and fostering strategic scientific and technological forces. The postdoctoral workstation of Shenjiang Valve Co., Ltd. was established in 2022. At present, we have successively jointly trained 13 postdoctoral researchers with universities such as Tianjin University, China University of Mining and Technology, Nanjing Tech University and Jiangsu University. Meanwhile, in-depth research is carried out in areas such as heat leakage of ultra-low temperature valves, wear-resistant spraying, highly reliable polymer materials, numerical simulation of unsteady flow, suppression of cavitation and cavitation phenomena, multi-physics field coupling analysis, and core manufacturing technologies and processes.
